How to Enroll
To apply online, you must be a U.S. resident and will need the following information:
- Social Security Number
- Current address
- Account number
- Date of birth
- Phone number and email address
- Mother's maiden name
For your security, we will need to verify your identity. If our system can automatically verify your identity, you will be given immediate access to Online Banking with BillPay. If our system is unable to immediately verify your identity, we will send your ID and Password in the mail once your identity has been verified (7-10 days).
If you do not have any of the required information listed above or are not a U.S. resident, you may enroll by contacting a Personal Banking Representative at 877-768-2265, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, 7 days a week. (Outside the United States, please call 401-432-0749.)
