Martha Sloan Felch, Director, Specialty Banking Group
Felch leads a team of experienced banking professionals who make up Sovereign's Specialty Banking Group. They are responsible for developing and maintaining business banking relationships with women-owned and minority-owned businesses.

Felch joined Sovereign Bank with 20 years of banking experience in commercial lending and cash management. For the past five years, she has focused her efforts specifically on the needs of women-owned businesses.

Felch earned degrees from Connecticut College for Women and Babson College, and is a frequent speaker at industry events for organizations addressing the needs of capitalizing women-owned businesses and financial literacy for women. She is a member of the Boston Club, the Board of Overseers and a former member of governance for Babson College, and a member of the Advisory Board for Babson's Center for Women's Leadership.
